Biography

Born in August 1985, in the heart of the Breede River Valley ( Worcester), the passion for music grew when I used to watch and listen to a neighbor mixing after school. Inspired by Ready D, I soon developed my talent by playing at the occasional wedding and birthday party as well as on Saturdays at a local Touwsriver club. Since 2004 I have been developing my style and now as Resident DJ at Club 925, in Worcester, my main focus is R&B, Hip Hop, Electro and House.

My career and hobby has taken me to different places and I have had the privilege to play at many different events. To name a few  I would highlight the 2010 Soccer World Cup Fan Fest held at the Boland Park Stadium in Worcester, featured as a guest DJ at Cheers Lounge in Namibia (2011), played at 8 gigs including Galaxy accompanied by Black Tie for Distell (2012 )  and  played at the Ashton Festival (2013) . A career highlight would also be featuring on the Goodhope FM 411 in 2012 and 2013.

Greatly influenced by Gregor Salto and the likes of Busta Rhymes, R Kelly Oskido, Black Coffee, Big Nuz I learnt to create my own style.

Highlights:

2004 : Started as young upcoming DJ and learning special techniques from my mentors.

2006 – current : Joined the Club 925 team and have since played 3 nights a week as Resident DJ. 

Entertaining the crowd every Friday and Saturday as well as leading the Thursday and Sunday Karaoke Nights.

2013 : Chosen to be a New Balance Brand Ambassador.
